Brookhaven Academy’s counseling program strives to assist students as they develop academically, emotionally, spiritually, morally and physically.
BA provides opportunities for students to excel in academics, leadership and citizenship and to recognize those successes. We also have activities for students related to career, personal and social development.
Students are recognized monthly for their achievements and at awards and graduation programs at the end of the school year. Students are encouraged to participate in community service and to work with other organizations in the community. The Mississippi Scholars program and the Junior BA Scholars programs are coordinated through the counseling program.
